How to use How to use:

Wet the body with warm water and rub the scrub on the skin and face . Leave on the body for 15 to 20 mins

Do this twice weekly

Have your bath with the herbal soap and wash your face with the bar soap once or twice daily (twice preferably)

Immediately after bathing while the skin is still damp.

Put the face cleanser in a cotton pad and clean the face in a circular motion . Then go in with your face cream by using one finger tip to scoop from the container and place directly on the face . Massage into your skin in a circular motion ( do this every morning and night)

Use the lotion preferably at night for the body and use the oil during the day on the body (please note you can decide to use it the other way round depends on your choice)
